Migration of ticket system

Dear client,
As of today we have switched from our old Ticket system to our new ticket system. This system is integrated in our client area and allows us to manage your information much better.
The old tickets are yet to be migrated to our new system. When you need access to an old ticket, you can contact us with the registered e-mail address and ticket id. We can send you a PDF version of the ticket we have. The old tickets will get migrated to the new ticket system.
In the mean time we will refresh our knowledge base with a better category structure and article information. Also we are working on improved documentation for our Dutch clients.
